Had quite a few bikes myself. Honda's, Yamaha's, a Kawasaki, a Suzuki, grew up around Harley's and am on my 4th one (XR1200), did quite a bit of wrenching on them and attended many, many biker bashes. Strokerswild, unless I can't see it right, from the pic it looks like you eliminated the magneto and put in a solid state ignition? Also a different bottom end? Either way that's a FINE looking ride, you did a nice job! :headbang::cheers:
Thanks!

The engine in my Pan is a bit of a mongrel, it's actually a cone Shovel case (and rotating assembly, 93 CI) so I could eliminate the mag and all the generator gearing and such and run better ignition and charging systems. Plus it's a unique look for a Pan.

It's bike week here in the Daytona Beach area for the next 10 days. Rumbling on and off all day and into the wee hours of the night.

I've had an itch for a V-Rod for a while and that picture doesn't help at all.
Lets add to that itch:

I sold my mustang and sometimes miss it, if I sold this, I would be searching 24/7 for another vrod and do the same thing: exhaust, air ride, front lower headlight kit.
I know when I get the Viper that will be #1, but for now its my Night Rod Special. :headbonk:

2014 Yamaha FZ-09... bad ass naked bike, flat plane crank, triple cylinder. I grin from ear to ear everytime I ride it.
same thing in my garage, the first orange anything I've ever owned. sold an 06 R1 to get this more comfy triple. been riding since i was 9. grew up around honda/Yamaha but i must admit I've been staring at the SD 1290...

I had 4, sold one to make way for the mustang. I got the mustang because I wanted something that could get me in trouble as fast as my ZX14r... Which is putting down 200+ to the wheel.

Ps nice bike SorryOfficer

Kz's and currently a 77 gs750. Shocked at how few members are motorcycle owners.

I chose the EBM because it's what I wanted. Past bikes were Busa and ZX14. I'm a small fella at 155 lbs. It's hard to beat a light rider on those 2 bikes period.

Nice. I'm diggin' it.
Norton went back into business a few years ago. They now make nearly everything in house at Donington Hall in England or from suppliers with made in England parts (minus the Ohlin suspension, Brembo brakes and Dunlop tires) The bike is all hand assembled by the same two guys start to finish. Of all the bikes Ive seen and owned, this is by far the highest quality one. It's not a crotch rocket in the speed department, but the handling is awesome and with the Ohlins it's fully adjustable front and rear. I also like that it's air cooled, not to many air cooler bikes around anymore. My next addition will be a Norton Domiracer. If I can get my hands on the 1 of 50.
It wasn't easy getting mine but I like the fact I don't see everyone else riding one in my area.
