Ok, I have been stalking the forum for a couple of weeks now, and when the Mustang makes it to the part of China where I now live I will be picking up an Ecoboost PP.:headbang:

For now I have been doing some reading and looking at what’s available now. Obviously one of the first bolt-ons on most cars is a CAI/intake. To avoid a lot of repeating questions as the community grows maybe this might help.

So I thought this might be helpful to people coming to the site and looking for a quick and easy thread to show them their options.

I also wanted to add some reviews or installs of these systems. If you have one let me know so i can link it. :hail:

Hope this is helpful.

I have the mmr intake. I wouldn't never spend over 300$ on an intake.

indy i didnt not put a review up here, I did on a facebook group. I beileve MMR is going its job. Your paying for brand. My inlet temps are about 8 degrees hotter than outside temp and driving in the city is within 3 degrees. highways is on point with outside temp. PLUS its painted(: The box intakes still have a restriction vs no box. If you buy an airaid might has well buy a k & n filter and keep the stock box. People will say dont get mmr because you have to actually install it vs 10-15 minutes as others. it took me about 2 hours taking my time to install mmr. because they use no box inside the wheel well. why the wheel well? because its right in front of the intake duct. which when your driving it sucking all the air vs box. Im sure i will get some hating on this but i dont care. we all think what we want. mmr sounds awesome. i have seen 2-3 MPG more in the city babying it.

I hate to say but I agree with ^^

On my GTI, we had "big" threads with information about all of the tunes, intercoolers, exhausts, downpipes, intakes, turbo kits, etc....

It was extremely helpful, and good for newbies looking for stuff. :)

Yes the Airaid can be had for much less then you stated. We offer the best pricing around on that CAI as well as superior tuning for that combination.

The Airaid is proven to be of the highest quality of all the CAI's and very well thought out. IMHO.

If we can be of any help please feel free to give us a call.

Thanks

JJ

Where is the AirRaid proven to be the highest quality? I myself haven't seen any "proof" of this, nor have I seen any comparison between all of the intakes on the market. Closest I've seen is Mike's comparison of the AirRaid and the JLT but even that was taken down quickly...
