Well clearly they only have a few pre production cars right now and just shipping it all around to diff events. Didn't we learn there's only like 5 of these complete cars with production parts right now.

Bingo! I believe I had read there were 4 running ones.

Yes, there are only 4 or 5 S550s around at the moment. However, perhaps they should have taken a leaf out of Mr Shelby's book. When the Cobra was being developed, he only had one to wheel out to the press at various events, but he had it resprayed to give the impression there were more than one ;)
