I have a 2016 base mustang gt performance pack car that I recently upgraded to the sync 3, I have been playing around with the forscan and the as built data to get the track mode switch enabled. I know I have been surfing this site for awhile and have noticed that it seems when people are doing the swap many people have not been able to find the correct as built data. There are two parts to successfully enabling the switch. The first is in the IPC module and the second is in the ABS module. Use this information at your own risk, these are the values I used from a premium car that enabled the track mode switch.

If any one runs into any issues please feel free to respond.

It turns traction control off and increases throttle response.

Yes the 4th switch on premium bezel. This is mainly for people who have base mustangs that upgrade to the premium bezel with the sync upgrade and want all the switches to work, it will display in ipc once you program the ipc but until you program the abs you will not have the added benefit of the increase in throttle response or traction off

mustangmike86 WOW I'm shocked those changes don't involve strategy maps in the PCM but THANK YOU for figuring this out. I think a lot of people owe you a beer

Track modes, your talking about the 4th switch on a Premium bezel, correct? Not the stuff in the IPC that's just info...

I will be trying this on a V6 at some point! My guess though is that the ABS module on the V6 will reject the As Built data changes.

Also, does this only enable track mode or does it enable all 4 drive modes?

zach maybe you can help me out or know someone that can help me out with an issue im having with my sync 3 upgrade, i have everything working but when i program my base acm so i can make phone calls, the radio volume is lower then if i left the acm with the original values. im assuming its changing the output levels for the acm for a premium acm with amp. any advice as to maybe a as built value that wouldnt affect the output levels

The premium ACM audio output goes to an amplifier where the base ACM does not. So basically programming a base ACM to that of a premium converts the audio output but does not add the amplifier which is why the volume is now lower. I will try to get a picture of my ACM values so you can get calls while retaining volume.

After installing the tesla unit and a GT PP gauge cluster, when i press my mode switch it actually cycles through all four modes but the moment i hit that toggle the AC blasts me lol. Each mode just makes the AC either go full blast or turn off. And if not continually touching the toggle button, the cluster will read out an error saying mode switching not available

So guys...... I think I just enabled Drive Modes on the V6!!!!! :D:D:D:D:headbang::headbang::headbang::hail::hail::hail:
Following the AB data in the OP produced a compatibility error in both the IPC and ABS on my vehicle. I proceeded to go through an AB data dump of a 2015 EB premium looking for the data lines in the OP. This is what I found and what "seems" to have worked on my vehicle. I would imagine this data would work for any 2015 V6 or EB with the premium radio bezel installed.

IPC

ABS
