I had the 2.2 and never saw 2.3 available for download until I realized what had happened. therefore it skipped on notifying me when the official 2.3 came out.

same here, used to be 2.2 now its magically 2.3.

its only applicable to nav units, improved speech recognition, dont have to, wont feel the difference, not worth the time. but its for those who havent updated to 3.0

911 knows your location because your phone is GPS enabled and tells them your location

Just installed 3.0. Seems to work good. I'm not a fan of the new bubblier icons.

Quick question. I have a Note 8 now, and it doesn't connect with Sync 2.2, 2.3 or 3.0. It just gives me an error message stating that USB device isn't compatible or something to that effect... Does anyone else have a Note 8 with this problem? My S7 edge synced up perfectly.

2.3 is an error on Ford's website... ignore it. It is an old 2.2 build someone mislabeled as 2.3. Sure it will be fixed in a few days.

That is weird. I don't remember updating my 2.0 now Ford owners website says mine is 2.3?
I need to go home and check.

Dan says 2.3 on owner site is an error, we can see that on all our cars..

I checked mine and it says it had 2.3 installed at the factory and was "updated" to 2.2 this past May. According to the car it had 2.0 from the factory.

My back up camera don t work but about a week after this upgrade. Don t know if it could be realted. 3.0 non nav
I did a reset but same problem

my 17 edge shows 2.2 on "about" screen updated in june, which is bs I bought it in august, and 2.3 in owner ford:shrug:

I just installed the non-Nav version today and can't detect any functional differences from version 2.2. Maybe a few icons look different, but nothing of significance. What am I missing?
