The Orange base has chrome toggles & that 8" screen..... Wonder if they will stay on the production model, other than that the interior seems almost identical to the 2015-2017 base GT PP.

Still not 100% sold on that front end, maybe the aftermarket will come up with something better...and a new engine cover too as the ones I have seen are hideous.

rear spoiler needs to be deleted, the 2 pedestals in the center kill the look... rear bumper/exhaust is my favorite part of the refresh so far...waiting on stats to see how much better they made them from factory

The Orange looks so good in the sunlight

The front end looks good head on, just looks kinda strange from the side/front shot.

I want to know what the HP rating will be with the DI.

2017 dash/ interior? I thought the LCD cluster is going to be standard for 2018.
Right. They really mislead people. Ford is getting good at that. Just like the MagnaRide is "now"optional too. I read in several places that it was standard across the line. MagmaRide should be standard on the Performance Pack cars only. Premium cars are meant to be cushy cruisers. Disappointing. And of course Ford being the ONLY manufacturer to rate their performance products on 93 octane fuel, we will see 450-455 hp in the GT, and 435-437 hp on 91 octane. That's 425 hp on dealer demo 87 octane. The Camaro SS only drops to 445-447 hp on 87.... I hear from a buddy high up at Chevy that the Camaro will be getting another slight weight loss of 30-45 lbs, while the 2018 mustang gains about 45-60 lbs more... That will officially make a base GT heavier than a base Cam SS, by 15 lbs.... :/ Ford really needs to get with the program.

We need a highland green like the 2003 Bullit. And a Purple like Dodges plumb crazy. That Royal Crimson looks like a yucky brown'ish Ruby. To many dark colors Ford. And now with two fuel systems in place in the GT, that's going to equal double the problems when things go wrong. Not to mention a tuning nightmare. I'll wait to see if Ford comes back with their 3 stages of Performance package upgrades through the Ford Racing site. If not, I'm staying stock. Sad that a multivalve 5.0 V8 ONLY gets 24-25 mpg hwy when my uncles 2013 7.0 V8 505 hp LS7 C6 Z06 gets nearly 31-32 mpg hwy, 20 city. But hey, more valves require more fuel.

the exhaust sounds outstanding! Now i've got mixed feelings about front. It definitely looks better in person than those pics. I still think power will be over 470. imo

The front end is fine, except for the grill. I would prefer a deeper inset like the 15-17's. The gloss black doesn't look right either, IMOP.

I LIKE the18 more, as the nose looks both lower AND more aggressive. The 18 is going to kick some serious ass for sure !!

My dohc 94 vette gets 30mpg on the freeway ;) They just need to add a little displacement and the mustang needs to get lighter.

I'm curious how much lowering the front profile will help aerodynamics.
