Difficult to have sex in the back

(unless you have a chiropractor on speed dial)
I thought the best would be front passenger seat?

I can think of many things that could be better, some I accept that OK within the price there has to be some compromise such as plastics, US specs not being really changed for UK but others do annoy like panel gaps, it would cost nothing more to set the damn factory up in the beginning correctly. However let's be honest I could find fault in so many things but so few give as much pleasure as this damn car. IT IS THE ONLY ONE i have had that I just want to get out and drive in for no reason. That's beats all the niggles for sure.

Is no one bothered by the door handles? They are plastic and fairly flexible.

I think for the value of the car we have all taken these niggles in our stride.

Would you have still purchased the mustang if it was £5K, £7.5K or £10K more. With the money making it more refined?
Well for a Vert Auto you are looking at 42k
I paid 44k but that was with shipping and 6k worth of extras.
If i had gone US would have been 5k more, and I would still have the S197
But going Canadian saved me over 5k

Ford should maybe have the new cars default to wet mode in temps under 3c to help safeguard those who are not familiar with RWD.
excellent idea
cause like last night, down the tight wet slippery roads of essex, it does make a big difference

And that's what owning a Stang is all about, the love of just driving her, hear the engine roar, forget about the daily grind of life, and let the Big Grin break out.

Manual convertible latch
on the S197 was a lot worse, had to latches, one right over by the passenger door, this is a lot easier, and the roof is a lot quicker

I know, I had the previous gen too, but you can't still have manual latches when your competition already did away with them (Camaro)

Worst single thing? Exhaust noise from stock - it's too quiet.

Other than that - feels a little gutless for a 5.0
Passenger wing mirror is useless
Folding mirrors... don't really fold
Wheels. Hate. Don't know why - need swapping (and the tyres)
It's too big. An odd one, but it is (for me).
Lack of underseal, preventing me using it (no one close enough, nor money in the bank to sort right now!)

But it's a blank canvas, isn't it? I think Ford (US) built it like that for us to tinker; so it's fine in reality. I can't shrink it though :p

As I found out last night. Driving it slowly on fast country lanes due to nervous passenger. I was bored stiff and the car hated it.

Drive back this morning with lots of full throttle, late braking and keeping it in a lower gear and we had a blast :D
