Anyone in the Houston area doing this? Would love to have a couple of things changed.

Please let me know if I am doing something wrong... have a 2015 mft and I tried changing the opening screen to the cobra and the cobra r logos and both show they loaded, and both make the sync run its update but neither work. Is there something I am leaving off other than changing that one portion of the code?

I don't think the 2015 has this ability. The GT350 came out when Sync3 was introduced and only Sync3 has the Cobra wallpapers I believe.

You can only do this on sync 3.

The 2015 MFT uses a different splash screen, so even though you can select it in FORScan, only the stock one will play I believe. I have a 2015 coming in soon so I will take a peek. I see in the 2015 files they are a mov file. On the SYNC 3 system I only see disk image files. Another challenge!

Drive Modes enabled on a 2015 V6!!

AB values likely only work for a 2015 V6 or EB but just search the data lines posted for the correct vehicle trim (EB,GT) and year for compatible AB data.

IPC

720-06-01: 6C7F - 8000 - 18B1

ABS

760-02-02: 0200 - 117E

Note: Requires an MFT or Sync 3 swap to get the 4th toggle on the radio bezel.

Can confirm that the above code DOES change throttle response and transmission behavior (auto)! So it looks like I have fully functional drive modes on my vehicle.

I'm mostly shocked that it's working on a V6, since there is no factory premium model.

I was surprised as well! Was not expecting any amount of AB data to work for that exact reason. This V6 never came from the factory with drive modes. Best I can figure, the drive modes are controlled by the ABS module alone. The ABS module augments the throttle inputs and shift points so the PCM has no bearing on the mode behavior. That would make sense as the V6 most likely has the same ABS module and transmission as the EB.

That makes good sense.
