Man I was thinking the same thing from that GT350 picture on the other page. Is it just the photo or the texture completely different than the rear black valence?
I was thinking sand it down and paint but a painted part there like that is probably an issue.

They are textured. Sand down and plasti dip. Should hold up.

Ordered mine just now.

Benny, are the GT350 parts in the system yet? I have a few other things I want to order.

S550's!
Benny are there push pins that go with these to attach them or do they use existing push pins for the wheel house inners?
We are working on a kit and will post it on our 350 discussion thread here http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?t=31168

Got mine today and hope to install tomorrow. They are better than I thought and look like a perfect fit only requiring a push pin at lowest part where it mates to GT350 Valance otherwise looks like original hardware for rest of holes.

This is definitely contoured to work with GT350 rear valance.

I'll update with pics either way when I get to the install.

Got mine as well, haven't had the time to look at them. Looks like a quality piece.

Was wondering why no push pins were included, so that answers my question then.

Let us know how the install goes .

Well they're in.

Install was pretty easy. You will need 2 additional screws, clips and a push pin so maybe Benny can put together a hardware kit for those who don't have extra ones lying around like I do. I had exactly what was needed so lucky me lol.

Here is what you need

ImageUploadedByTapatalk1452276970.923799.jpg

The clips and two screws are needed in the top two holes, the bottom two already has the hardware.

And the push pin is for the bottom hole

As you can see these flaps are custom textured and have a special groove for the GT350 valance to fit perfectly in to.

I do think you could make these work with a GT valance but they will not look right in my opinion. The stock valance isn't as large/wide or shaped exactly as the GT350 valance so the overall fit and finnish will look off in my opinion.

Here is a picture showing how much protection these provide. They are perfect I think and the wheel well edge of my bumper cover is already pretty beat up with only 3500 miles! They are protected now though.

And with tire in place, ahh just right!
