2015 Mustang GT 50th Anniversary Limited Edition

I am the proud owner of a new 2015 Mustang GT 50th Anniversary Edition Limited Edition #1778. Received July 15th, 2015.

Congratulations on getting a true "collector car". That Mustang will have a higher value than other 6Gs to collectors. And yes, it might take some time but it adds value, particularly at trade-in time. And it has been my experience that you might see more value of that fine "LE" if you keep it basically stock. Just watch some of the televised car auctions and notice how much original cars can bring. If you're not keen on resale value or "collectability"... then mod it up and smoke the tires daily!

Having owned and built many Mustangs, I have to agree with your opinion about keeping a 50th Limited Edition Mustang stock to retain its value and for me that will be difficult but that is my plan. But at my age, it is certainly fast enough for me. Once in a while a car comes along and it is just perfect and this model is one of those. It was just love at first sight.

But if you want to mod a Mustang up and maybe do an open track or two, the new standard or premium GT is a winning platform. I cannot think of a better bang for the buck. Ford has really done a great job on this platform.:ford:
