The CDC wing is supposed to bolt to the holes where factory spoiler in installed. If you don't have the factory one then I'm sure there will be some drilling.

Yes, I have no problem drilling holes all the way through the deck lid for the CDC spoiler install.

However, with the Roush spoiler (which mounts to the rear edge of the deck lid, unlike the top like the factory & CDC spoiler) you have to drill 1" "access" holes through the inner deck lid structure only. Drilling this 1" access hole is just asking to dimple the outer deck lid skin if one isn't careful. That would seriously suck!

Plus to be honest I like the looks the CDC over the Roush anyway.

Stam,
Thanks for the good angled pics. I also look forward to seeing it in the wild, in sun light, where it is the only body mod...

OK, while I'm wishin'... on a DIB convertible (top up and down), with 18" Foundry wheels and a CDC light bar. It does not have to be a V6. I'm easy.

PS. THEN I'll ask Chris to Photoshop the TrueFiber hood onto one of those pics. easy peasy... :eyebulge: :first:

Can. Not. Wait.

I should have my CDC soon (already ordered). I have already arranged for paint and install as soon as it arrives. I'll be sure to post pics.
Oh you definitely need to post pics here! Lol can't wait to see! :ford:

Thanks for the pics, in race red no less! Anyone know what lower body kit that car has installed?
That's the complete "outlaw" package from CDC. It even will have the trunk piece saying outlaw on it I believe

Thanks. I checked their website but didn't see the the little black aero pieces under the rocker panels and behind the rear wheels. I need to find some more pics of this kit I guess...

Dropped the spoiler off at the body shop to get painted, quoted $150 so not too bad. should have completed pics up late next week! :headbang:
