Because I really wozld like to buy the mustang convertible, but that seems to be a big negative point to me

I really hate that ford didnt build in dynamic roll over protection (e.g. Coming out of the seats). So you have no protection in case of roll over. That's a big negative point, i think.

Way too expensive! 45.000€ Starting price for convertible with automatic! I'd rather take an used Audi s5 for that money!

Why not painting the clear headlights in red and yellow? Should be legal for EU laws... Looks weird, but imho better than the clear ones.

I noticed that the european Mustang Convertible seems to have a complete tonneau cover (see: https://mustang.ford.eu/#/de-DE). I think this would be very sad, the tonneau caps look way better, and are probably a lot of easier to handle. Do you have any further information to my assumption...
