I've gotten it has high 35 but that was because I was trying to see how high I could get it. I average 27-28 with 90% highway and have 1900 miles on the car.

I did 100 mph the 1st day I had it. Then hit 115 in it a couple days later. Haven't gone faster than that yet. It def doesn't feel like you're driving that fast though.

It's possible. Mine finished production on a Monday and was delivered that Thursday morning. I live in Indianapolis.
