I actually did wind up breaking it. The metal clips over the plastic clips on the console snapped off. The metal ones are still in the headliner part even though they are supposed to release if that makes sense. I had to secure it with double-sided tape. I looked up parts to replace the clips...

Sorry if this is a dumb question but can't find information on it anywhere. Do the Diode map lights fit the convertible? I just switched from a coupe and the housing looks identical but I can't get mine to come down and don't want to break it. Thanks!

That is weird. I ordered mine June 29th, and it says it should be delivered September 1st. It doesn't show a build date yet, but has a VIN.

I've noticed the same thing with mine. I have a 15 Ecoboost and I come to a complete stop then shift from reverse to drive, but it always takes a second for it to click in to gear. :shrug:

If memory serves me right, you lift the liner inside the cup holders up and it should be underneath. There is a slot for the fob.

The base model just get push buttons for the hazards, steering mode and traction control. Only the premium models get the actual selectable driving modes, such as wet/snow mode, etc.
