I average 22. My commute is really short, only 12-15 miles. so The engine doesn't spend enough time fully warm to get good gas mileage. If I have a week where I criss cross the state a bunch it will go up considerably.
in my experience in engineering with 3d printed parts, they work very well for prototype parts. but if you're going to try and make large amounts of parts reliably it's going to be very hard for 3d printing to compete with injection molding. one off parts- great. making 1000 in a day...
probably should be sure to specify you only want them to use OEM parts. Ins companies like to push the body shops to use aftermarket or used parts to save money, and they're supposed to ask you first, but that's not always the case.
