Got a letter from NMRA saying my complimentary roadside assist that was provided via City Ford Sydney was expiring and that I had to pay to renew. Has anyone had a similar experience recently?
Got my mechanic to order a Ford filter and checked with Ford to get the correct spec for the oil and put in Liqui Moly (some special hi tech version suited to the engine) and good as gold ever since. Oil that came out was pretty dirty at 6800k,s.
Yep..got mine from Alex at City Ford. Fixed the misalligned passenger door and car was great at pick up. Alex took a lot of time to take me through the car features.

As a daily drive on Sydney roads I thought I would reflect on my experience...
Challenges:
Judging objects in front of the car is a constant effort
Avoiding grinding my rims on those nasty gutters
Avoiding driveway dips, parking garage...
Daily drive for supermarket, school pick up, university (part time lecturer) and cafe's etc. replaced Mazda 3 (wife's hand me down as she got a new Audi to compliment my purchase). Not an ideal short drive car WRT fuel consumption but always looking for longer drives when half an excuse pops up.
One of the nsw guys I met at the first sydney meet had them fitted by his dealer with an override switch on the steering column . Not sure what he paid but definitely a good option.
