I haven't seen one myself, but with all of these different part revisions out there I would think the problem hasn't been traced to a single source. So I think the root cause is a poor/cheap design...
The first core was replaced August 2016, but it completely failed at the end of June that year. The replacement was on back order for 5 weeks.
The second core failed in June this year, but they have a core in stock this time.
That area of Sugar Land always pisses me off, especially when I make that left turn from the 3rd lane, and the people from first two lanes try to cut over in front of you to get to Town Center.
I had my evap core replace last year (after about 6 weeks) and now it feels like it's not working again. I guess I'll be back at Ford for July 4th weekend again.
That sounds familiar now.
I guess they are trying to expand to performance tires.
