Great questions... Interested to read the replies. I've used 2x10s (4 foot long pieces) stepped and stacked but the height isn't optimal, but it works in a frustrating way.
Pricing just went down since I bought them... damn...

I just picked up Michelin Pilot Super Sport's for the front and rear which will be going on factory M1 HP wheels on my 2022 M1
295/35-19
305/35-19
$1,700 to my door from Amazon.
We'll see how they work out. All have very late 2023 or early 2024 date codes.
Anyone try/have the Maximum Motorsports C/C plates for the S550?
I have all MM parts on my Foxbodies and they are second to none. I've tried all other brands over the past 25 years, MM FTW.
Wow.... They've been sitting on that 2022 for nearly a whole year. Looks like it was one of the last 2022's off the line based on the build date. Wonderful presentation of a brand new car....posts pictures with all the dirt on the plastic interior panels. Love how they turn over the floor mat...
I'd be happy with that deal. Could you find one with some miles on it for a little less, probably, but there are not many brandy new, in the wrapper, S550 M1s left.
I picked up a 2022 in FJG with 350 miles on it last October (6 speed Tremec, 700A, Elite Package, Appearance Package, and Leather...
I'm 99% sure that I'm going to give the PSS's a whirl... 295/35-19 in the front and 305/35-19 in the rear. Since my car is a non-HP, I'd like to do a track day with the factory PS4S's which are 255/40-19 and 275/40-19 and then try the PSS's to see how they compare. I know it won't be fair or...
I attended the 2 Day Ford Performance Racing School this past summer... and both the GT500 and GT 5.0 Track car that I drove were on PS4S tires - I was very impressed. If the PSS's are truly still available and pretty much on par or slightly better than the PS4S tires, I'll be happy!
Thanks for the food for thought... I'll call Tire Rack and DT to see if they are aged variants. My M1 only has about 450 miles on it so I need to get more miles on it and another oil change. At that point, it'll be ready for a good track flogging... aged tires would certainly be an excuse to hit...
Great point!
What is considered to be an expired tire date? I'm almost temped to order 2 PSS"s from Amazon and if they are "old," would send them back. Would be amusing to see the facial expressions at the UPS store when bringing tires return!
Darn 11 lbs is substantial! I didn't look at the SVE wheels and picked up the Ford Racing Mach 1 HP wheels right after I got the car... had a coupon and got them for a really good price.
Stance looks great on your non-HP, thanks for the pic!
Since you went with the 30 series tires is your...
I was planning to use Michelin PSS's at all 4 corners. I live 25 min from the CT TireRack warehouse and they have them in stock for pickup. :)
I also see both sizes (Pilot Super Sports) available via Amazon. Amazon is $100 cheaper.
I recently picked up a 2022 non-HP Mach 1. I'd like to try Michelin PSS 295/35-19s in the front and 305/35-19s in the rear on the Mach 1 HP wheels. Is this a good tire size/fitment for a "non-HP" optioned car? Anyone running this combo? I'm considering either the Ford Magnaride lower springs...
I checked the Wheel Replicas site and they aren't showing any Mach 1 wheels at this time... hopefully they will produce the M1 HP wheels again, would love to grab a set in Platinum!
Same... when I picked up my car the day it arrived at the dealership, my sales guy did the hint hint...take it home just like it is and do your own PDI, lol
I will need to literally stand next to my car if any service happens at the dealership.
