I have a few I could load, but they were specific to my car/mods so not sure how custom they are and it had no preloaded since it's the Bama provided one, only has the ones they provide from the purchase for my vehicle. Only mods I had were the CAI and exhaust, so have to assume they're just...
Selling a few parts from selling my mustang. Will post pictures once I'm home from work, will not ship the exhaust, it's just too large/bulky.
Corsa Xtreme Active for 18+: $1800 (local only in/around MO), has about 10k miles of use. Has black tips and valve for active switching, no damage...
Is that 2021 specific, or where did you read that? There are multiple people on this forum, including one in this thread, that have done this with a SCT device. It's also an advertised feature of the device.
Well, they revised their tune, but no change. Parameters for wheel size on the SCT BDX are 23-40 but their value still shows 163.48in, parameters for axle ratio are 1-5, theirs still shows a 494.08:1 value, parameters for TPMS are 30+ and theirs are set at 0. I still cannot change these...
Well, I'm about over the SCT Rev-X and to the point of returning it. It won't allow me to update the wheel size, the axle ratio, the TPMS settings, or anything. I go to update the wheel size, it shows the 160+ value, says to enter a value between 23-40, enter 28.4, goes to axle ratio, shows a...
I'd honestly just take a look at this install guide for the 350R kit, then compile your list from the rear install. It'll give you the parts you need.
Microsoft Word - IS M-2300-Y Brake Kit (americanmuscle.com)
That's what I thought was a possibility, but even then revs per mile are around 710 for the size, so I'll just give 28.4 a shot and see what happens, I'll know pretty quick if it's off from the value they entered as default lol
And for full transparency, to make sure I'm not misunderstanding or reading incorrectly, here is the reply/formula given to me as mentioned. Bottom message is 1st, top is the reply.
I'll try entering 28.4 value just to see if for some reason, the value there now is a place holder. I'm not entirely sure why they gave me the value/formula they did, and on top of that when I replied back saying what I found and they said "hey cool, give it a try and let us know." so probably...
Well, they ended up confusing me even more. Told me to take the overall height (28.4 inches or 721 millimeters), not sure if they meant diameter or circumference so awaiting clarification, divide that by 3.14, then divide that into 5280, which made the numbers still completely off. So...
I have also opened a ticket with SCT and AM (where I purchased), but with the holiday weekend, thought I'd check here as well in case anyone had the same issue. Search didn't have many/any results, so doesn't appear to be a common issue.
I had actually used this yesterday, but when I saw the 28.4 value, thought either I was very wrong somehow even though I knew the calculator was showing correctly, or that the tune provided was exceptionally wrong. Mostly just confused where they're getting their 163 inch value from so didn't...
New to tuning for the GT and just a bit confused. When I got my tune, I mentioned that my tire size is 305/35ZR20 because my speedometer has been off since picking them up. Noticed that after the tune, it's till off, so was going to update it myself using the SCT BDX, which is my tuning...
Just drove the 2000 mile trip from STL to Philly, managed 28mpg average both ways, was quite impressed. Used to just get about 32 in my 4 cylinder with the same type of driving habits. I could get it higher, but with how I like to drive, it usually hovered around that. I made sure to drive more...
MY PERSONAL PREFERENCE is that I would go with a GT. I came from a turbo 4 cylinder and the NA V8, to me, is just much more fun. I came from a FBO/E85 Civic Type R, picked up a base GT with the A10. I've enjoyed driving the GT much more because when I step on the gas, I get the power I want...
Previous Vehicles:
- 2019 Honda Civic Type R (FBO, Flex Fuel, Tuned for E85/93): Civic Type R
- 2018 Honda Civic SI (FBO, tuned for 93): Civic SI
Loving the Mustang way more than both, not that either above were bad cars, but the NA V8 is just very fun. The Type R was a great car, but I hit...
