I just went back to 5w20 after several fills of 5w30, I am shocked at how much quieter it is now. When the motor was new, it seemed like the 5w30 was quieter.
I've asked before but I'll ask again before try for "close enough". Has anyone found a suitable touch up paint for the Dark Tarnish Stainless wheels? Surely some of you have found the curb rash you've no doubt inflicted on those beautiful wheels unacceptable....
Nice ride! I would guess the popping just might be the spring settling or clocking. If guess it will go away, have someone turn it while you are outside with the hood up and listen.
Agreed, I love the Ventus, for the price I think they are outstanding. Decent wear on my pp2 and just as good on my last car, a 335 that put down tons of torque. The Michelin are just better all around, and the do look better too. Worth the price if you want the best.
