If you still want to try. Try this
Silent Mode
Change this::: 726-58-02 :: 0000-0000-0087
Into this::: 726-58-02 :: 0101-0101-0187
Idk why but Ford Disable that section and we have to enable it to get Dark Mode to work.
Hope it work for you too.
I'm making this Thread for people who can't get Dark Mode enable, after they change the setting on ForSCAN
How to get it to work:
First Enable: Police Dark Mode:
Code: 726-32-01: 0A01 0000 006B
Change to: 726-32-01: 0A01 0100 006C
And once you do that and see that when you open your car...
Just wondering if you got it to work? Cause I had the same issue for a long time and found out that for 2017 they changed how dark mode works.
I did find out how to do it and thought it would be added on to the first post or stickied somewhere lol.
I'm go look for it just in case
Not sure what your asking for... Do you want your headlights to automatically come on during the night while driving?.. if so theres a knob that you can use to change your headlights settings...
But if you want your headlights to always be on, I believe you can set the Headlights as DRLs but I...
With the info Nick the Car Guy provided.
I found out you need to change:
726-58-02 :::
from 0000-0000-0087 to 0101-0101-0187
And also activate Dark Mode
But I couldn't get the Silent Mode option to show on the dash.
Proof::
Yes. I changed 2 things + police mode but I want to make sure wether or not you need to change both things or you can do it with just changing one of em. I'll post the info once done playing around with it.
Edit: to make post shorter+update
A Year ago I couldn't Enable Police Dark Mode on my 2017 Ecoboost Mustang and now I couldn't get my coworker's 2017 Ecoboost Mustang to work either.
Update::
Finally Got It To Work!!! Had to change a couple of things but at last it works lol.
What's up guys? I was wondering if anyone could help me. I tried activating Police Dark Mode but the interior lights still turn on. I rechecked to see if it saved and it did.
I have a 2017 EcoStang not sure if that matters
