  1. Low Dust Brake Pads?

Powerstop Z26, never looked back on my 2016 Roush RS3. About 95% of the stopping power, which is more than enough, even went autocross with them and they were perfect.
  2. 2018 Digital Cluster Installation Guide

Glad to help. I never even ran without the brackets, when I realized that only plastic was going to support the Digital IP, I was quick to rectify that and make sure it was secure. Rattles and squeaks are my sworn enemy.
  3. Oil change time - best pricing for legit Motorcraft?

Walmart has the best prices for oil. They even have motorcraft oil and they have Motorcraft Oil filters. I think Motorcraft is a blend, I went full synthetic Mobil 1 for around $50 and another $10 for the filter.
  4. Street guys: even if you can’t use all you have, do you still want more?

In 2017 I drove a regular GT and I drove a Supercharged GT. I was hooked with that SC. Honestly I went with the Roush RS3 because it gave me more than I needed and honestly I don't drive it as much as I probably would if it was NA. Every time I drive it I have this fear of I am going to get...
  5. Magnetic paint

The color is tricky to exactly match, even my factory painted gas door does not exactly match the rest of the car. Part of the issue is how the flakes in the metallic are laid down by the spray process.
  6. De-tune a Coyote.

TO answer the question to why use a Coyote, Basically I would like to eventually ramp it up. I honestly think just limiting the opening of the throttle body would be about right, just so not to have too much.
  7. De-tune a Coyote.

This might be the strangest question of the year, but bear with me. My son and me are considering building a Cobra or a Daytona and using a Coyote engine. Just the stock NA Coyote will be enough to power the car, I am considering detuning it to limit the HP in the beginning, around 200-250HP...
  8. S650 vs S550 Mustang Direct Comparison Prediction Look Rendering

All I have to say is I did not like the S550 when I first saw it at the Detroit Auto Show in 2014, I really thought the 2013-2014 Mustang was way better looking. I remember a friend of mine bought a 2014, and I told him he did good because I did not like the new car... But as time went on I...
  9. Salesman told me I don't need to do a service @ 1600 Miles

Cheap Insurance, I changed my oil at I think 800 miles on my 2016 GT-RS3, I changed my oil on my 2020 Explorer at 1100 Miles.
  10. Leather drivers seat too soft and bottoming out

I too have a 2016, started as GT PP, but it is a Roush RS3, Not sure what they did to the seats, but my seats are great, but I have the Roush upholstery (with the alcantara inserts) , not sure if they added padding or not. I ended up selling my 2020 Explorer ST because the seats were so awful.
  11. Leather drivers seat too soft and bottoming out

The foam bottom is not that expensive from Ford $153... https://parts.ford.com/shop/en/us/body/soft-trim/pad-seat-cushion-7862729-1 I could remove and replace the foam pad in about an hour, just taking my time. Remove bolts from floor, Lean seat back against back seat and unplug wires...
  12. Hood Decal Damage

I was going to suggest a paint marker and carefully blend it in. Looks better than a blue spot.
  13. Used 19 vs New 22

Depending on how long you plan to keep it, the more option car should hold its value better than a base car. Personally if it was basically stock without the GT350 bumper I would do the 2019, as the 2022's have less HP. Plus you are getting better options. 5-10 years from now those options...
  14. Ford GT and Mustang GT had a baby- umm never seen this body kit before

Ok, I saw in another post the picture of the engine, and it appeared to have a stock intake on it. I see it states procharger which obviously bolts on the front of the engine. My bad
  15. Ford GT and Mustang GT had a baby- umm never seen this body kit before

It would be more interesting if it had a Supercharger. My son hated it, I do not mind it however.
  16. 2023 M1?

There will probably be a gap for the changeover for producing the new car, So the 2024 will start early 2023 (March) and the 2022 S550 will cease production, my guess would be December 31, 2022. So there might not be a 2023 Model Year at all.
  17. Is Ford ever going to release the 2022 Mustang Build & Price???

I know for a fact that GM used to raise prices multiple times a year, even back in the 80's they would slightly increase the cost of option packages thru the year... Back then it was maybe $25 or so, but times were different...
  18. Dipstick reading after 350 miles from oil change

As long as it is within the hashmarks on the dipstick, it is fine.
  19. This Is Ford's Plan To Fix The Mustang's Biggest Problem

I do not think any amount of advertising, product placement or the like will help Mustang Sales. The biggest issue is for the most part an 18 year old cannot afford a new mustang. Pure and simple, it is the cost of a Mustang! In 1990 the Mustang GT Coupe starting price was $13,986, Inflation...
  20. 2019 Shelby GT350R cursed

I get people talking to me about my 2016 Roush RS3 Every time I fill up the tank.... Thumbs up on the highway... I did not buy it for that tho.
