Sorry to hear about the issues you are having. As many have mentioned, the gaps can be mostly fixed at a dealer or professional shop, as well as you can give them a go if you know what you are doing. As far as rattles, they drive me nuts and I have been chasing them down for over a year now...

Yeah I was not happy, you can see the photos on my profile. I made a post regarding this issue. They charged $200.... and then refunded me for the fact that they butchered the hanger. I wish I just installed it myself

The shop I got to install mine cut the hell out of the hanger and jerry rigged it back together, they said it was a fitment issue probably like yours. Wish they asked me before they butchered it though...
