I finally got my whipple installed .Its a gen3, 3.625 .91,stg2,manual .He said he adjusted for altitude so tell me if that seems right? let me know.
Stock rwhp 351 at 6500,tq 359 a t4000

I do have opg,cg installed and will be at altitude all of its life. My research seems to be about 700-750 rwhp for fair reliability longevity. Is that correct? E85 is easy for me to get but want the option of 91 if I catch myself somewhere away from Home (150 miles away). Would having torco...
Thanks for the info.Im going with the 3.6 pulley ,91 and whipple tune for know. I was told I could go smaller on 91 but was scared too. what do you guys recommend with 91. Also what setup should I do when I go to e85. I would like to switch between 91 and e85 if possible.
I was needing a tuner in the Denver Colorado area? I just got my Whipple and was wanting to talk to him about my options. Word of mouth is the best way to go , thanks.
I guess Ill Run torco or octainium. 100 octane fuel just isn't cost effective. Ill see how it runs now but well go to e85 when the funds allow it. Can I see the knock value on the whipple tune or do I need to get a scanner or tunner. Again thanks for the help.Ruiner46 what part of Colorado do...
If your quick at high altitude your doing something right. Not knocking guys at sea level because there some bad asses but if you can do it up here , you can do it down there. What do you guys think about running 10-11 lbs with 91 or whats max on 91.
Thanks for your help. Ill be running the car only locally. I guess my question is, how much boost can I run on 91. Then I can adjust the pulley size to match that. I spoke to a local tuner and he said they run , I think the 3.125 or 3.375 pulley to get 10-11 pounds.
Need help!!! What would be the right size pulley for high altitude(5000-6500 ft) compared to a 3.75 pulley at sea level. We have 91 here in Denver. I'm being told anywhere from 3.125 -3.625. FYI stage 2.gen3
Well this sucks! I just bought a stage 2 whipple kit from beefcake labor day weekend. Does this mean I get the gen 2 or the gen 3 blower? My kit won't even be ready to ship until mid October. If I can't get the gen 3 blower will I be able to pay for an upgrade?
