I saw a total of 5 different Gt350s in Reno NV, and two R's since they were released. This R was pretty dirty and although it looks like a nice day it was only about 30 degrees out when I took this picture. It made me wonder about his tires and freezing temps. I was shocked to see it.
Hello, I am new to the Phoenix area and need a good alignment after I installed some suspension parts. Does anyone know of a good shop out here for mustangs, and can do an alignment? Thank you for any help.
I didn't at first but now I am thinking I want them back. You know how it goes, nothing is ever done, and everything keeps changing, especially my mind.
UPDATE...
So I got my car back and they put a new motor in it. They say Cylinder 5 was the problem, they did not specify what it was exactly. They didn't offer a lot of feedback or let me see anything really. There are some small issues, like the plastic elbow on the air inlet tube got broken...
I feel your pain, I have a knock too and now ford has my engine apart. My knock was very audible while driving under slight throttle application.
I thought the ford dealership would be able to see if a knock sensor picked anything up, but I guess it did not. The engine tech is still saying it is not an engine noise and the trans tech is saying the same.
Now they are going to tear the engine open and see if they can find anything.
So an update on this. My dealership has ordered a gasket kit, which to me says they are going into the motor.
I am not complaining about little noises these coyote motors make. I also am not asking for ideas on what this noise is, because the dealership can figure that out hopefully and...
your issue and mine sound very similar.
my 13 had the tick, it is nothing like that. It has been acknowledged by ford and they thought it was a torque converter.
Im glad they fixed you up. This dealership doesn't have the best rep, but it is what I have to deal with.
Hi,
I bought a 2017 GT in March and about a week after having it I started to hear a really faint knocking noise only when driving really slow and barely putting throttle input. Then it got worse, so like cruising through the tight streets of my neighborhood or parking lot in 2nd gear (auto)...
Hi,
I have a knocking sound coming from somewhere when I am going under ten miles an hour and just barely tip in the throttle. It either goes away when giving more throttle or I just can't hear it over the exhaust.
Any info or ideas would be appreciated.
I looked and found some info...
