    Thanks for that info. That looks like a solid setup and what I was picturing for hardlines. I'm thinking I could use something like that right off the wastegates and tie it into the rest of the nylon lines further away where they aren't affected by the heat.

    How about not using anything, then spraying the area with WD40 when you get home? Comes right off. Been doing it for years and never had an issue (I always wash it off afterwards to get the WD40 off, don't know if it would harm the paint otherwise). Works great.

    I've got a Hellion twin kit on my 16 too. When I first got it running it had spark blowout issues until I closed the plug gaps to around .022-.024. You might be having some issues with that big of a gap.

    I have never seen any gunk or had any issues to suggest there is that sort of issue. Procharger tech I'm sure knows a lot more than I do on this subject, and that sounds like good advice. The 800 is on the 12 lbs. setting, very conservative tune, which seems to be a safe boost level.
