I don't think it is the throttle body, usually that just makes a quick sound when you hit the throttle. This is a prolonged high pitched noise like it is a bearing or something. Could even be in the fan? :shrug: Just wondering what it could be because it goes away after about 5 minutes or so...

Nope. 10 is the highest that a dealer can set the priority. Only a regional Ford rep or someone higher up than that can set the car at a priority 1.

Priority 1 is the highest priority. The highest priority a dealer can assign to a car is a 10. A regional rep has to put in for the priority 1. That means your car will move quickly. Just found out that my car was a 1 as well...48 days from order date to delivery. :cheers:

Shelbydave, How do the Llumar and the Xpel compare in terms of thickness? I know most people say the Xpel is the thickest and provides the most protection for track use, etc.

Mine only sat in awaiting shipment for a day or two. Then it moved to in transit. They keep moving up the delivery time, sitting at 5/26 now. Last I heard it was in New Boston, MI waiting to get on a csx train.

My car is showing "In Transit" now and the estimated delivery has moved up to 5/29. :D

I just received my estimated delivery on COTUS today of 06-02-2017. I was wondering on average how accurate that number is? Is it usually several weeks off or pretty close to accurate? I know there are a lot of variables that go into it but I was just wondering what people generally saw.

Only thing I can think is that because it is an R they aren't as quick to schedule it as a regular gt350. :shrug: I wonder what priority code they put your order on? I know mine is a 10 so that is supposed to be the highest priority a dealer can do.

Have you checked to see if your car is showing on COTUS yet? I ordered my car last week and it showed up on COTUS today with a VIN.
