I also just added a mishimoto intake elbow got a great deal being a open box from CJ auto, for me I did away with sound tube when I added new elbow.I also have K&N drop in filter installed since car was new.Might be placebo but it does seem smoother in mid range and is easier to break tires loose...
I have a 2016 base gt auto with a tire issue and was wondering if the offer I am being given is fair. Per Ford although tires were under 11k miles but over 12 months, 14 months to be exact, and there was documinatation of vibration at 5k Ford wants Pirelli to deal with it along with local dealer...
No they state they drove it to check tire balancing before using machine. Also now that they say all 4 tires have inside wear not caused by alignment or balancing that they can not do any work about vibration from 55-75 until I buy new tires . I am confused that if alignment and balance is ok...
My dealer took my car for test drive with tech and service writer before balancing tires. I took car in for oil change and tire rotation and mentioned vibration at 55-75. Why they would test drive first was strange to me. After rotation was told tires were not out of balance and no second test...
So I took my 2016 gt base in for oil change, tire rotation and balance at 10,000 miles and told the dealer I have vibration around 55-65mph not sure if its tires, balance or drivetrain issue. After taking car for test drive without me and before checking balance of tires service advisor says...
I was not looking for more throttle just faster throttle response stock feels so numb and tune is out for me for now, my dealers are not very tune friendly and I have a lifetime powertrain warranty so not worth loosing it for a few hp just wanted better throttle response. I would love to have...
I love mine very easy to set to you liking. I am stock no tune and hated lag or having to mash gas to get response with this no issue does what it claims to do. If you tune no need. If CAI only get it.In my opinion forget CAI and get pedal commander, noise and looks is all a CAI does unless tuned...
3.15 is great if you plan on going FI also keeps wheel spin down some when launching compared to 3.73. It does help increase mileage, I agree 3.73 would give a more peppy feeling but much more wheel spin if not careful. Just my opinion of course and yes I own a 2016 gt a6 with 3.15 rear gear.
