Those of you with roush, do you run with the CAI lid off? If so, did it cause any problems...weird a/f ratio or anything?

Is there a way to make the factory vacuum gauge also show boost by changing any settings?

I have seen some people get the vacuum gauge in GT's to read boost from an aftermarket supercharger. Can anyone tell me how to make this happen?
