All I know is we both had PP rear shocks. Bumpstops should be identical. It was tight enough I thought something was wrong. Finally got fed up and forced them on, it’s worked great since.
Still running the BMR sp080 you recommend to me a couple years ago. That with the Bilsteins, gt350r sways, BMR cradle lockout, and Apex 18x10 wheels is my suspension setup.
I commute approximately 80 miles a day in this car and it rides great. Handling is fantastic, the shocks definitely...
Well, I got a PayPal request for my shocks this morning. The order was so old my credit card had expired. I don't have shipping details yet, but if they're coming from San Diego I should get them by this weekend.
I'll post pics once they're in, and I get them on. Any advice on rear shock...
If I can't get my hands on the Bilstein rears I'll probably just buy the FP shocks and be done with it. Car already handles amazingly, so I'm not too worried. It's more annoying than anything.
It's funny you linked that, I was looking at the ad when I got this notification. Also Stage 3 Motorsports shows a full set in stock, but not the rears separate. Maybe my wait will be over soon.
Then you have the only known set in existence. Bilstein doesn't have the coilovers or the rear shocks available for sale right now. I've had their front struts on my car for a year just waiting.....
Yeah, you reuse all the rubber mounting parts from stock. The height difference is somewhere in this thread, just keep in my mind it's probably only accurate to about 1/4 inch.
