I just want to update as well and say that I removed the original intake manifold and found the runner shaft was broken on mine not moving the butterfly valves. Replaced with the takeoff part I ordered. Car runs like new again. I see this being a recall sometime soon.

Hi OP, I am getting the same codes. I unfortunately am tuned and don't believe ford will honor their warranty should I bring it in. I too was told that the intake manifold runners are the cause. I ordered a new take off from Shelby in Las Vegas for under $50 shipped. Was hoping to come to this...
