Yes that as well...but for me it was more the weight savings in relation to being on the road course.... the cooling I added the Vorshlag plates to help on that. All good reasons to pick these up!
I believe they did. The real science it the testing Vorshlag did. They showed temps down across the board. To me the biggest appeal was not having to deal with routing hoses etc etc for brake ducts. These were 3 bolts per side and done.
For sale is a pair of front 2-piece Steeda rotors, G-Loc GS-1 (street) pads, R10 (light track) pads, and Vorshlag cooling deflectors for the PP front brakes. The rotors and GS-1 pads have about 1k miles on them, and the R10 pads have 2 track days on them. As you can see in the pics, there's...

Sorry I wasn't being clear. I was asking if the "thinner" lugs required of the SVE wheels were ok to use with the Apex wheels. Upon further inspection, they flare at the hub side so match up nicely with the wheels. I guess I answered my own question after posting this...
So getting the car ready for the HPDE event I'm running this weekend. I threw up a thread a while ago saying I was able to pick up these 18x11" Apex wheels for cheap and this will be the first time I'm running them. They came with some Falken tires that I figured I'd burn through before...
Perfect, thanks for the feedback. I figured they wanted to level set everyone no matter their experience and go from there. Figured having multiple groups to run with is never a bad idea. Some of the other groups I've run with, most all events are run really well, but like said above, there...
