I think that webpage is broken. I'm getting the same thing. It didn't do that before. I guess they broke the download when Ford updated their website recently. Update - Download page isn't working on Win 7 Firefox v59.0.3, but it worked on Win 7 Chrome v66.0.3359.139.

Sigh. MEM_ERR03 with 3.0. Same problem I had with 2.3. Currently running official 2.2 Non-Nav.

I used 16GB Super Talent USB 2.0 memory stick in exFAT format for my upgrade. And it worked.

I didn't do master reset when I updated my non-Nav Sync 3.
