I got the flowmaster axleback and painted the tips with gloss black high temperature paint before the install.

If you're garaging for the winter, some of the run-through style traps placed against the inside walls could be your best friend. Maybe then some of the green poison blocks could be a second line of defense. If it's outside, I haven't had any luck on stopping rodents. They're constantly...
Definitely 2 or 3. Those miles are so low anyways, each of them are practically new. Personally, I'd go with #2 and save on the tint and exhaust unless you don't like what's on there.
