Is there a rule of thumb for horsepower gains for boost and timing, for instance. 1 lb. of more boost equals "X" horsepower, from 10 lbs to 11 lbs. 1 degree of more timing equals "X" horsepower, let's say 17 to 18 degrees. This assumes no issues with A/F or Knock. Just curious to...

I have long tube chatted headers, x-pipe with the Roush active exhaust, with the valve closed it a little louder than stock but with the valve open it's super loud, it will wake the dead.

Any down side running those with an automatic?

That "R" just throws me off.
