Great point. I was thinking 3/36,000. Makes me feel a little better. But wanting to start some mods and would sleep better with it upgraded. I know the parts are inexpensive just not sure how much work it is to upgrade the gear.

update- 12k miles and no issues w cooler or pump- been working great-

With the OPG being the weak point and my warranty coming to an end soon, i am thinking about upgrading it before i do ANY mods for a piece of mind- what does it cost to upgrade...ball park?:cheers:

evaporator went last yr and was replaced. no at 12k miles blowing hot and humid intermittently. brought it in and they said compressor had a leak- replaced compressor- get it back not it only blows cool air- doesn't get cold- brought it back to be looked at again...and their best guy was...

Ok...heres the deal. Ford OEM cooler and bracket installed. i used Fragola 8AN braided line and fragiola fittings. Tilton pump and TK Autosports adapter fitting to convert the AN to the ford fitting...It works AWESOME. drove it today in 87degree ambient temp till it got up to 198degrees...

Too late. Cars on lift everything installed but this last line. I need that bung or the TK adapter

I think some have cut it just below the flange. I also heard the TK Autosoorts has an adapter but I don't know of anyone that has used one

Tank- I am installing the Oem tranny cooler and Tilton pump. I need to get the fragola braided line to connect to the oem cooler but the oem cooler doesn't use an AN fitting. See pic above. Any ideas are appreciated.

It either won't work at the pump or cooler if you use factory lines one or the other. My issues is the cooler
