Mate of mine got a 19 Magnetic Auto with MagneRide suspension for just over 69k on road in Melbourne about two months before Christmas.
Apparently VB in the flesh is stunning, photos don't do it justice.
Thanks for the advice guys, I think I'll start with the new Koni special active dampers and springs or a Shockworks coilover kit and go from there.
A work in progress.
I've done most of what I want to with my GT, the only thing remaining is to sort out the stock suspension that I think can be improved a fair bit from the rather vague disconnected feeling I get at times when spirited driving. I don't believe I will ever track the car so It's just for the...
Thanks Peter,
Thats pathetic, why would Ford strip that out of the RHD market. Sounds like its the same as the 15-17 RHD.
Does anyone know if the oil pressure sensor even exists in our RHD Stangs?
Just a quick question about the new 18 RHD Mustang out there in Australia.
Do you have a selectable Oil Pressure Gauge in the new Digital Cluster?
On my 17 GT, I don't which I can't believe as I think its an important piece of information.
It seems there may not be a sensor in the RHD 15-17's...
Hi Hornet, It's cosmetic only.
I ordered the race spec shifter with a standard handle as George from MGW said it's the smoothest if your not going to track/race the car,
I then removed the handle from the shifter assembly and replaced it with the flat stick, the handles looked about the same...
Finally got around to the new exhaust, air box and shifter install thank to the fantastic guys at Blue Power here in Melbourne.
Di Filippo cutback sounds fantastic, so deep, no rasp, no drone, just what I wanted. This and the Blue Power air box has made the car much more responsive. I can feel...
Thanks Don,. I generally just put it on before I go away for trickle/maintenance charging.
If the battery is ever discharged to some degree I'll connect it to the battery first, thanks for the advice.
I do pretty much what FMGTV8 (Don) does.
I go away for work for up to 10-15 days at a time sometime so something like this is essential.
Great smart chargers and cheap. Through the OBDII connector I don't open the hood.
Drewbo, with that last failure you documented do you know the build date of the car, if not could you find out.
We know the Ford TSB states that build dates before 26 July 16 may be affected however we know they are failing after that date and if this is the case here its just more information...
Thank Drewbo for the updates and Evap part NO. Good luck, I hope that sorts the problem for good as we all know that our warranties are rapidly running out for those that paid the RRP and got a crap 3 year warranty unlike today when you just pop in pay a lot less and get 5 years.
Does anyone...
Thanks for the offer Andy, it's just so easy for me to go through the online seller I usually use in the UK. the stuff arrives in a week or so, VAT free, even better than the US.
Thank for the info on the 800 install.
