I have a 17 stage 3 (phase 1). I followed the break in per the Roush manual as closely as I could.....I'm over 13k on it now with 0 issues. I seem to remember doing a full small pulls during break in, but was pretty well behaved. Wasn't easy! Roush is awesome - congrats!

My whole process took longer since it was a Roush build, but the donor car order was placed in mid-August of 16, and I think it was built first or early second week of October? It went to Roush after that. It's usually 6-8 weeks from build to delivery (unless they encounter a material hold)...

Mine does this too. I'm about 6 months in on mine. It has a Roush charger/phase 1 tune, so I figured it maybe had to do with the mapping for this, but point being it has intermittently done this pretty much since day 1. Seems fine.

Have had this on both of our s550s....it has been 90 outside, and it shows 50. However, it is fairly infrequent, and seems to correct itself after several minutes, or at worst the next time you restart the car.

I have the factory painted black roof, and also had the spoiler painted gloss black. IMO gloss is nice on the spoiler because it blends nicely with the gloss decklid panel.
