Hello, My plate finally came in, and I looked at the holes in the rear bumper, and they appear to be kind of, plugged or something. I asked my dealer quickly, and they just said screw the bolts in and they will go through it and be fine. That sound right?

Edit: NM, dealer must have caught it because price just shot up.
