When running a tvs 2300 and installing an ati dampner (pn918053) which is listed as an 8 rib dampner at 15% overdriven. Do I need to also use a low profile tensioner with the dampner

Who offers the better spring and retainer packages for some one such as myself wanting to upgraded from the stockers
I'll be seeing 14-15 psi I hope and would like to upgraded since I have the heads of the motor
