I did not have to trim any of the studs. I was a little nervous in the rear but I can confirm the factory base gt500 wheels have enough recess space in the back for the factory studs.
I didn't have to modify the factory studs front or rear. I used the mishimoto spacers from american muscle. They have them listed as 1 inch and .6 inch.
Spacers not required, I just wanted a more aggressive offset for the factory wheels. The only other thing I added besides the springs and spacers was the steeda rear subframe alignment kit.
Upper and lower steering shaft and yolk assembly. Earlier in the thread someone posted actual part numbers they used but it was for a GT350 so I'm not sure if they are the same for GT500's. My SA took care of all that.
