Yup. Went with a Alex F. Lund tune. Kept it for only a few weeks then went back to the Whipple tune tweaked with HP Tuners... I do have to say, the Lund WOT was amazing. It was driveability that sent me back to the Whipple tune.

I just finished with Lund. I'm going back to the Whipple tune and will tweak using HP Tuners. What Alex at Lund came up with fixes the Whipple tune issues and runs like a beast at WOT. But the Lund tune adds a whole set of new issues: LT trims -16 to -18%, bad surging/bucking at 3000...

You're right and I am looking into custom tunes. Can't decide between Lund or PBD. IN any case, I want to understand why my car behaves like it does to make sure any new tune I get isn't making an underlying problem.

Problem is it won't stay that way... My car was great for a few days after doing the same and then the issue slowly came back... It's like if you change anything, it get's better then slowly come back. My new MAF did same. Then issue slowly came back. It's as if whatever the PCM learns is...

She doesn't seem to be lugging. But it still does happen at higher RPMs. Things happen much quicker at higher RPMs and it's harder to get a stretch of data. In any case, I have another interesting clue. I hope Dustin or Will chimes in with an explanation. I turned off CHT and overload...

But why would this only happen at part throttle under boost? WOT no problem, part throttle no boost is OK as well. John
