Just my two cents on my experience with this particular step as I was trying to be as undestructive as possible. The bottom two legs of this piece can be separated, with a knife, from the main dash as they are only glued on. The top (chopped off in picture) is also only glued to the top shroud...

Ah, made myself think it was just a separate piece looking at the pictures. Won't be replacing the whole dash! Scalpel it is then.

Does anybody know if for the trim piece behind the cluster (that needs cutting) what the part number for the 2018 equivalent is and if it fits the 2017?

Another UK install done but not quite dusted. Missing Track Apps, Drive Modes and My Color at the moment.

How are people getting their odometer set to the correct mileage? Is it set when purchasing or a visit to the dealer after install? Most places I've asked (tasca, fordgiants etc) say they don't programme.

Anybody know if it's possible to test HUD out of car. Mine was second hand and is definitely getting power but CCM is not seeing it.

Only difference was in copying screens shots for the -01-01 lines. Managed to get the above also by comparing some ABD for other manuals. Now everything works spot on. 0000-00CD and 0000-00CF = Auto 2000-00ED and 2000-00EF = Man

My issue is now a programming issue. I now getting a TCM issue I'm assuming because I've programmed for an automatic when driving a manual.

Pretty sure the draw was 50mA with engine running.

Hmmm, need to do a double check on the dtcs. Everything is starting up good, even got my first CTA with a vehicle approaching from the right. But as soon as I drove off in 1st gear I got blis and cta errors. Hopefully just a reset of existing dtcs that I didn't clear yet will fix.

OK, confirmed as working fully now. Just in case I replaced both leds and resistors with now no dtc wobbles.

Good thought. Will dig out the multimeter and see what is flowing to the leds and tweak the resistor accordingly.

Can anybody offer some advice to help with my problem. Have followed the guide and thought I'd got everything setup up correctly. With ignition on engine off, leds do a quick test flash and no dtcs occur. If I turn the engine on, the leds flicker 5 or 6 times and throw some short circuit dtc...
