I got leather visor covers with stitching to match my interior and then I sent them to a local embroidery shop. I did not want to go crazy on these and just wanted something simple, I'm please with the look :).
My goal is to bring more red into the interior, nothing crazy just enough to carry...
Ok so I think I'm done...for now anyway:thumbsup:
Foose hood scoop, gloss black vinyl roof wrap, Xpel Ultimate entire front bumper, half of hood, lights and mirrors. Also had the car done in CQuartz Finest.
I'm really pleased with the results! This car is turning as many heads as my done up...
I need to remove the steering wheel airbag as I'm swapping out the steering wheel bezels, do I really need to disconnect the battery to do this?? I don't even need to unplug the airbag I just need it out of the way as I switch out each bezel.
Has anyone removed the tri/pony badge on the front of their California Special? I want that clean look up front and it looks like the front bumper cover needs to come off to get access to the badge.
Once there how does the badge come off? Snap some plastic tabs, remove some screws, clips...
Has anyone removed the interior door handle assembly? I'm assuming it requires popping off the door panel.
Would love to hear any tips or tricks to removing it and the door panel.
Thanks
Mike
Hi Folks,
New member here, I traded in my 2014 Cadillac ATS for a 2016 Ruby Red GT/CS in February.
I'm loving the GT and look forward to driving it every day! I mod all my cars so I'm already knee deep into this one. I'll be posting soon with updated pics and mods.
I look forward to...
Anyone have directions/tips on removing the window switch plates? Does it require the removal of the door panel?
Same question on door handle bezel.
Thanks
Mike
