I noticed the pronounced shifting "thud" from day-1 when I picked my '16 Roush up at the port of Bremerhaven Germany. I drove another 2016 GT at the dealership for comparison and it was completely quiet and smooth. None of my friends who bought mustangs in 2016-2017 had the same symptoms as me...
So I'm installing Steeda's subframe alignment kit (inserts and bushings). Everything goes great but I'm about 3/8" shy of snugging up and the front mounting bolt on the driver's side. It simply won't tighten any farther.
Before anyone says it, I know the inserts only go in one way.
So...
Kyle, the white Roush shifter ball that was included with my 2016 Roush Warrior is giving me problems. I could barely budge it by hand so I bought a new, heavy duty rubber strap wrench. I barely got it half a turn and the strap broke!!! Any suggestions?
