I have stock PP wheels and to fix a few dings I've collected. As far as I know there is no OEM touch up paint available for the wheels. However Dupli-Color makes a "Universal Black ASF 0100" that matches great.

The strut mount (top hat), what you have pictured above, should have a notch on one of the 3 sides, off center, near one of the studs. This notch should be facing the engine bay when installed.
