Just checked the 2018 specs.. you are right. The new ones come with LED headlights. I'm having a regional/Ford UK technician take a look at the issue in early November (together with something else) so I'll have an update in a few weeks hopefully. All the best!

Do you know what the diagnosis on those was? AFAIK S550 Mustangs (regardless of year) only have HID headlights.
