If you are talking about the body panel running directly under the door I had to replace mine after I bent it removing it to install new side skirts. I think it was about $750 painted and I installed it.

So I have a 2016 GT. I've needed to add a quart of oil every 1000 miles. Is this typical consumption? I know when I used that much on a 370z they did a short block replacement. Any thought on if this is high or within specs before I start to work it with my service advisor? TIA

So I checked my oil today @ 2000 miles and it looks like I'm already a quart low. While I'm a little unnerved at this mileage to be that low already, what oil do I add to match the original factory oil? TIA

Yeah weirdly similar ... but I bet that paint job on my 'stang would make everyone turn to try and figure out what it was. ;)

Agreed that private sale will get you more cash ... but that could be as low as $2K difference. If that's worth the private sale then that's the path. But don't just take whatever on a trade or that margin could be much higher.

Another option is to check leasetrader.com or swapalease.com. You can offer your lease for "assumption". You may need to add cash to the deal to make the lease more attractive than what someone can get new. Could be less than trading it in.

Ford isn't subsidizing leasing. So some dealerships are just saying they aren't leasing because the payments aren't beneficial compared to subsidized conventional financing. Either way, enjoy the new ride!
