Hi Everybody! I'm looking for a recommendation for a good product to clean/protect the interior hard leather-like surfaces, like the dash or doors. I'd prefer something that doesn't leave the surface looking too shiny or greasy feeling. Any thoughts? Thanks!!

I feel your pain. My commute situation is similar. It's like being a caged wild animal during the commute. I like the HPDE/Drag Strip ideas, but this is not always practical. Check around for a local Mustang club. They should have an occasional meet and cruise, plus it's cool to hang out...
