I've personally seen both cars go at it on the street from rolls and I have witnessed the opposite of what you're claiming. Not saying you don't have racing experience but talking about pure speed no driver mod the camaro will edge out the tuned/e85 stang. Not rocket science, they Dyno 410-420...

On the track it's driver mod, off a roll the driver plays a much smaller roll I would think. In this case pure speed it seems camaro still out runs the modded stang
